Stephen has held senior roles working for a range of main and specialist contractors following which he branched into property development and latterly running his own construction / development company.

Stephen joined Leslie Keats in October 1991 and has been responsible for establishing the core restructuring and recoveries business in the Midlands and developing the practices activities in the banking and financial services market.

Stephen has been at the forefront of advising asset based lenders on product development and risk management in the construction and allied sectors for over a decade.

David completed his degree in Quantity Surveying in 1977 and moved into the main contracting environment and latterly formed his own company specialising in Piling and Foundations that was sold to a plc.

David formed his own Quantity Surveying practice which was subsequently merged with Leslie Keats in 1998. Since this time David has been instrumental in expanding activities and opening an office in the North.

David is responsible for all operations in the Midlands [including East Anglia] and the North.

Jason has over 20 years experience in various senior roles within the invoice finance sector. Following MBA graduation in 2005, Jason developed an invoice finance product dedicated to the UK construction sector for a leading independent provider. This product with the assistance of Leslie Keats grew to be a multi-million pound operation.

Since joining in 2012 and being made a Director in January 2016 Jason heads up the funding and ABL advisory side of the business and has personally advised on over £50 Million of closed funding transactions in the construction and other contractual sectors.

Gareth started his Quantity Surveying career in 1998 progressing into senior surveyor positions in the main contractor environment working for a number of leading players. Gareth joined Leslie Keats in early 2009 and his industry experience provides a valuable insight into the commercial operations of contracting organisations as is apparent from the high levels of contract asset recovery he has achieved on a number of high profile cases.

Gareth was promoted to Director in January 2016 based in our Leeds and Manchester offices with a wide brief for developing the company’s presence in the North and setting the future strategic direction of the business.

Vince is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, the last seventeen years of which have been as a Partner or Director.

Since 1991, Vince has been working for a variety of stakeholders including Banks, Financial Institutions, Accountants and Restructuring and Recovery Professionals on Insolvencies, IBR’s, Distressed Developments and Development Monitoring. This has included work on some of the UK’s largest and high profile construction insolvency cases. During this time Vince was seconded to Coopers & Lybrand’s Construction and Property Business Restructuring Team in 1996.

Based out of Brighton and London Vince will have a wide remit to continue to develop the LK business and brand across London and the South Coast.
